Erica Hayden is a dedicated and experienced REALTOR® based in Charlotte, NC. Originally from the Bronx, New York, Erica moved to Charlotte over a decade ago and quickly became passionate about the local real estate market. With a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Erica has a well-rounded background that includes international transportation brokerage, hotel and hospitality management, and property management.

Her diverse professional journey includes over ten years of experience managing both residential and commercial properties, during which she earned several industry certifications, including the C3P Certification for Low Income Housing Tax Credit and the PHM Certification for Public Housing Management. Additionally, Erica is a Notary Public for the state of North Carolina.

In 2014, Erica turned her passion for real estate into a career by obtaining her NC Broker License. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-focused approach to every transaction, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease.
